Horizon Velocity is a vast vehicular technology testing/racetrack facility in the Karoo (Kossyland), where experimental vehicles and prototypes from the Kossy Car Company (KCC) are tested and manufactured. 

The Horizon Velocity Kossy Tjor Festival (HVKTF) is the annual event in which racing teams compete in competitions such as the BioDiesel Hypercar Trophy (BHT) for hypercars in the range of 400 km/h.
